Our Team

Keri Ingram, R.D.H.

Keri has been our staff Dental Hygienist since 1991. She's a native of Walnut Ridge but has many friends and relatives in Pocahontas.

Keri received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology from Arkansas State University and her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

She is an active member in the Arkansas State Dental Hygienist's Association and the Northeast Arkansas Dental Hygienist's Association.

Keri is works hard in the Circle of Friends, a local fund raising organization for Arkansas Children's Hospital.

She loves the outdoor life, as long as water and beaches are involved!

Henrietta Sorg, R.D.A.

Henrietta is our Clinical Director. A graduate of Pocahontas High School, she joined us in 1989.

Henrietta is Dr. Carroll's principle chairside assistant and she has been trained and registered by the state to administer nitrous oxide gas, to polish teeth, and take dental x-rays. She can also work as our receptionist when needed.

She has a sister living in Alaska, and she slips off for a vacation there every chance she gets!

Wanda Hogue

Wanda is our Practice Administrator. A graduate of Pocahontas High School, she retired in 1999 after 37 years with the Arkansas Department of Health, where she worked as an Office Manager, Records Management Analyst, and Area Manager.

An active person, retirement was not Wanda's complete cup of tea, so she was happy to join our office staff, 4 days a week, beginning in 2001.

Wanda is also active in the Arkansas Public Health Association, serving on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas State Employees Association, the East Arkansas Area Agency Advisory Committee, and is a past Co-Chair of the State Preventive Block committee for the State Health Department.

Wanda is an expert in filing insurance claims and dealing with dental insurance companies and she is ready, willing, and able to assist our patients in maximizing their dental benefits.

Dr. Pat Carroll

Dr. Carroll is a native of Pocahontas. After graduation from Pocahontas High School, he received his college education at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Tennessee, graduating in 1978.

Dr. Carroll is a member of The American Dental Association, The Pierre Fauchard Academy, The Arkansas State Dental Association, The Northeast Arkansas District Dental Society, and the Crowley's Ridge Dental Study Club. He is a past president of the Northeast Arkansas District Dental Society component of the American Dental Association, and he is a past president of the Crowley's Ridge Dental Study Club.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Carroll keeps busy writing computer programs for the Palm OS and PocketPC handheld computers. He also loves to travel, and has seen most of the United States, plus visits to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Poland, The Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Greece, China, Israel, Egypt, Peru and Ecuador.

September 2003 found Dr. Carroll in Peru backpacking the Inca Trail from Cuzco to Machu Picchu, sailing in the Galapagos Islands, and exploring the Amazon River Basin rainforest of Ecuador.

April 2005 found him in China touring with the University of Arkansas Alumni Association

Fear not, however. Dr. Carroll's active life takes only a few weeks out of every year. He is almost always available in the dental office, caring for his top priority: his patients!

Rhonda Smith

Rhonda, who's been with us for years now, is our newest staff member. Rhonda helps Dr. Carroll as a chairside dental assistant.

Rhonda's daughter, Brook Smith Walls, worked with us for a couple of years before she left to enter dental hygiene school. We were really lucky that Rhonda was able to step right in and take Brook's old position!

	We at Dr. Carroll's office are very proud to be part of a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive dental services available today. We all spend many hours each year in continuing education classes to assure that our skills remain up to date in all aspects of dental care.
