Our office is open 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We are closed weekends, major holidays and on some days when we are away attending continuing education programs. These programs are necessary to increase our skills and to expand our knowledge of the latest developments in Dentistry. Dr. Carroll travels all over America each year to obtain the latest offerings in continuing dental education.

We see patients on an appointment basis. Please call our office at (870) 892-4413 during normal business hours to schedule an appointment. Unlike some professional offices, we actually make a very determined effort to stay on schedule and honor all time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Please be in the office and ready for treatment promptly at or a little before your appointment time. In most instances, we will be ready to see you then. If we're not, it's usually because we have worked an emergency patient into our schedule. Dr. Carroll feels that legitimate emergencies must take priority over routine, elective, treatment appointments. If you ever need emergency treatment, we will show you the same attention.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us by phone immediately. We require at least 24 hours notice for changing or canceling appointments. This courtesy makes it possible for us to transfer your appointment time to another patient who needs to see our staff.
